Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. was founded by Bradley K. Richardson in 2006 after spending seven years in private practice with a multiple office firm. He has represented thousands of purchasers and sellers of real estate over his career and has represented several financial institutions in foreclosure and collections matters. Taking care of people is his paramount concern. Brad enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they receive the attention they deserve when making a life decision as significant as buying a new home.

Michael T. Bagwell

Shareholder

Michael’s legal education and experience extend across Columbia, Anderson, and Aiken, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business in Columbia, where he majored in finance and real estate. He then went on to graduate from the University’s School of Law. Since 2013, Michael has committed his time and effort to Bradley Richardson, P.C., where he has focused on real estate law in various capacities, including residential real estate closings, refinances and equity lines, the performance of title reviews, the preparation of title documents and deeds, and the drafting of leases and contracts.

Alex M. Evans

Associate Attorney

Since joining Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. in 2020, Alex has focused on real estate law and estate planning, including wills, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney. A graduate of Clemson University and the Charleston School of Law, Alex worked for a firm specializing in gift/ estate tax advisory services and estate planning in Chicago, IL before returning to South Carolina. He now lives in Powdersville with his wife, two children, and three rescued Labs.

Hunter Baughman

Associate Attorney

Hunter focuses his practice on residential real estate closings. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Clemson University and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. With his experience in South Carolina law, Hunter approaches every matter with the ability to identify and focus on critical issues, along with a dedication to work collaboratively with clients in order to serve their needs.

Mike Chambers

Associate Attorney

Mike is a native of Greenville, SC and joined Bradley K. Richardson in 2022. He brings vast experience to the table since his admittance to the SC Bar in 1983. Upon closing his private practice of several years, Mike currently participates in daily closings with the Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. team while also handling civil actions to quiet title, and such other civil actions as may be required to cure or resolve title issues and more.
